Network Marketing- My Story

Hi there! My name is Ashley Chapman and I am a Full Time Network Marketer & Entrepreneur. I like to say five years ago I was introduced to entrepreneurship which then lead me down the path to Network Marketing. The first two years I began slowly with Marketing my own boutique from Etsy. I had a passion for making handcrafted items and shared it well with others. As I began to understand Marketing the world opened up a whole new avenue to me. A long time friend introduced me to my first ever MLM company. This ultimately took me down the path to discovering my full potential.



At the age of 28, I have been able to fire my BOSS completely and work Full Time from home or in some cases where ever my computer or phone is. I have retired from a traditional job to a full time Entrepreneur and Network Marketer. I now have the opportunity to work with individuals on a daily basis who like me want to have freedom to live the lives we choose. I believe that training, education, law of attraction, and personal development are a must in this business. You have to grow on a daily basis and know your "why" in order to succeed!

Weekdays I take to training, mentoring, and motivating other like minded people to success. I have found in Network Marketing you have the opportunity to help so many more people gain personal development, freedom, and the life they want rather than working a 9-5 job. Weekends I spend on personal development, education, and recruiting. I like to have balance and keep people motivated to do great things in their careers.

Success in Network Marketing did not happen until the last year when I met a millionaire Network Marketer & Entrepreneur who showed me the way. My mentor has not only helped to guide me and show me that sometimes people need to work on themselves first before they can achieve success. After I learned that the one reason I was not succeeding to my full potential was actually myself that was when everything changed for me. It was like a light bulb was switched on in my head and everything started coming together. I had no problem with recruiting or selling products but I did have a issue with training my team to duplicate. My mentor helped to show me that duplication has to be easy if its difficult no one will do duplicate. I've learned from my errors so I can help others prevent the same common mistakes I have made in the past.

I think the one thing I have learned the most in Network Marketing is that you will first see failure before you see true success! It is easy to learn success but harder yet to fail and become successful. I believe the most challenging time I had was personal development. In the beginning, I would always blame it on the system or the Comp plan and even my sponsor for no success only because I did not realize that the person keeping me from success was myself. You have to be able to take credit for both the positive and the negative aspects in Network Marketing as well as in life. You have to be willing to change your mindset and grow personally on a daily basis to become successful in this business!

Besides being a Network Marketer & Entrepreneur I am also married to the most amazing and understanding man I have ever met. He has helped, encouraged, and motivated me to keep pushing forward toward our dreams. Any time things would seem tough or impossible he would remind me that I am not a quitter that I fight for what I believe in and that no matter how bad it seems tomorrow will be a better day! My husband has stood by my decision to quit working 9-5 to be a Full Time Network Marketer and Entrepreneur he even loves having me home more and the freedom our life has together. We have the chance to grow together, our relationship is stronger, and it has made us closer than ever. Its funny how you take away the job and the stress of it that everything in your relationship just starts falling into place.
